Nestled in the heart of Alamance County, North Carolina, our family tree farm spans nearly 46 acres along Haw River Hopedale Road. Roughly 30 acres of mixed hardwood and pine woodland form the heart of the property, featuring yellow poplar, oaks, hickory, sweetgum, maples, and native pines in a naturally regenerated, two-aged stand.
We steward this land with care—protecting soil and water resources within the Jordan Lake Watershed, maintaining healthy forest conditions, supporting diverse wildlife habitat, and creating space for quiet recreation like hiking and hunting. Our goals balance long-term timber health and future income with the simple joys of living and working on the land.
This is more than a woodlot. It’s our home place—managed thoughtfully so the woods, ponds, open fields, and wildlife can continue to thrive for generations to come.
